Sous Vide - Cooking with Updated Herbs and Spices

Well known herb gardening newspaper columnist, radio host and teacher - and a Club member - Thea Steinmetz, will present a program on low temperature cooking with minimal effort. Thea will explain the opposite of microwave cooking with tasting samples.
